Jacqueline Rachelle Yee

Jacqueline has a global track record as investment banker and institutional investor from BNPParibas-Fortis, Société Générale Investment Bank, Paladin (member of founding team, sold to Westpac Bank Asset Management), Bankers Trust Alex.Brown. She has lived and worked in 11 countries spanning EMEA-America-APAC. She has advised and financed USD25B+ investments, with leadership experience transforming portfolio companies and expanding organisation global footprint into new markets. Jacqueline has developed innovative capital markets solutions spanning the full spectrum of debt-hybrid-equity capital. Her work has been implemented into institutional policies and public policies in different countries (such as, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Netherlands). In addition to being ex-investment banker and institutional investor, Jacqueline has experience as a founder. She was a General Partner of a Global Cancer Research & Commercialization Fund, and she was Head of a Biotech Investment VC where she launched a Biotech Alternative Portfolio Index with Thomson Reuters. At BNPP-Fortis Europe, she started and grew the Special Situations Alternatives Investment multi-asset global portfolio and pipeline to EUR15B. Based in Singapore since 2019, Jacqueline is currently the CEO and Executive Director of Funderbeam Markets Pte Ltd. Funderbeam Exchange holds MAS RMO & CMS licences as a regulated fintech-enabled securities exchange for private companies. Jacqueline is Non-Executive Board Director of Mustang Energy Plc (UK); Non-Executive Board Director and Chair of Finance & Audit Committee of WellteQ Digital Health Inc (Canada); and she is the Singapore Community Partner for Global FinTech Connector. Jacqueline serves on the SwissChamSG Financial Services Digital Transformation Awards Jury Panel, and on the SWITCH SLINGSHOT Jury Panel. She is a mentor at F10 FinTech Accelerator, IoT Tribe DeepTech Accelerator and ACE. Multi-lingual, Jacqueline graduated summa cum laude with first-in-class Distinction in her specialist MBA-MIF degree and postgraduate studies in Economics, International Finance, Law, Politics & Public Policy. She is a Money 20/20 RiseUp Asia FinTech & Financial Services Leadership Alumna, an ASEAN Scholar and a Singapore Squash medallist.
