Jayne serves as VP, Merchant Product in NETS.

She is passionate about innovation and digital transformation. Combined with her vast experience from her previous roles in consulting; fintech; local and global banks, she is set to continue driving transformation and growth of digital payments in NETS.

Jayne was instrumental in the successful pilot launch of loan solutions offered by the local banks earlier this year. She was responsible for ensuring payment-related data for participating SME merchants is available from NETS to local banks, allowing the loan application to be more efficient and timely for merchants who are looking to expand their business or address any unplanned cash flow needs.

In addition, she drove the product development and roadmap of NETS’ in-app payment, NETS Click, making it the first tokenisation initiative rolled out by a domestic card scheme to third party merchant mobile platforms. This project aligns closely to NETS’ commitment to penetrate the online space.
