Manali Debroy

Manali is a proactive, self-starter individual with a flair for problem-solving and building innovative products. She is a FinTech enthusiast, who understands and is passionate about Payments, Lending, and Technology, and has built products from scratch in early stage to growth stage FinTechs. Professionally, she is excited about Neo-banks, Challenger banks, any Fintech disruption, super-app ecosystem, creating a digital-first experience, and Design thinking. She uses an analytical approach to her decision-making while recommending optimal build/buy/borrow strategic solutions for business needs to create value. Currently, she is in the CEO office at MatchMove and sits at the intersection of business and product, collaborating with cross-functional teams while leading various strategic and product initiatives. Previously, she led Digital lending and Neobank strategy at an early-stage startup in Singapore, Cash-IN-Asia (rebranded to IN Financial Technologies). Before that, she has experience with UK-based FinTech Challenger bank, Oaknorth, and Goldman Sachs. Out of work, she loves traveling, reading, writing, sketching, and performing open mics in book reading clubs. She has written a Fiction book “Marigold- The Golden Memories”, an anthology of short stories, published with Partridge (A Penguin Company).
