Namrata is a highly inclusive, culturally aware and accomplished senior leader, who has run, coached and mentored large teams in the Financial services industry, across organizations such as Credit suisse, Citibank and Prudential. Namrata has extensive exposure across asset management, retail banking , trust banking and insurance, in the areas of Digital Engagement & Marketing, Digital Customer Experience, Customer Segmentation, Customer Journey Mapping, Operations & Technology. 
She has led cross-functional and cross-border country, regional-multi market and global teams, implementing strategic and transformational initiatives, delivering business impact. She has a deep understanding of digital engagement, experience, marketing, operations and technology and the levers required to deliver business value. 
Namrata is a strong collaborator with proven negotiation and influencing skills in interaction with C-Suite stakeholders .She brings her strong networking skills to the table and was instrumental in implementing the first-ever collaboration program of Prudential globally, with the Fintech, Insuretech community- Prufintegrate. She is also Senior advisor to the only global digital micropensiontech- working with governments, regulators, private sector and academia focused on “Saving the next billion from old age poverty”.
Namrata is a regular speaker - delivering keynote addresses and participating in panels on topics of business transformation, customer experience, enabling the adoption of digital and customer-centric mindset in organizations.
She was recognised as one of the top 20 women in the Fintech community in 2017 by the SFA - Singapore Fintech association. She is a strong supporter of diversity and the co-founder of the Diversity initiative at Citigroup Japan. She is also a co-lead of the 'Women in Fintech' sub-committee of the Singapore Fintech Association.
