Wanyi is a Partner of PwC Singapore leading the FinTech practice within Venture Hub working with startups, accelerators, venture capitalists to financial institutions and regulator. Within FinTech practice, she works with various verticals including payments, crypto, digital assets, digital exchange, lending platforms, roboadvisors, and many more. She is a Banking and Capital Markets specialist, providing audit, assurance and advisory services. She has been advising Digital Banks in relation to strategy, set-up, risk management and financial/regulatory reporting. Another area of focus is structured finance which includes advising issuers with set up of covered bonds program and taking on the role of asset monitor.
