CHOYS

Sharon Li is the co-founder and CEO of an insurtech startup called CHOYS - a gamified workplace wellbeing platform that provides insurance, rewards and recognition, and engagement for organizations and their employees. She is passionate about the diverse SEA ecosystem and iterates products with startups and SMEs. Prior to CHOYS, Sharon led the Innovation Team in Barclays Chief Technology Office, where she worked closely with fintechs, startups, universities, and government entities to incubate innovative solutions. She was named to the Tech Women 100 and the Women in Fintech Powerlist in 2021.
