Co-Founder at SALT The quick version - Creating the most important thing I can with the best people I know. Co-Founder at SALT (@mysaltapp) - building for women and their money lives. A tarot reader once told me I’d waste my life if I worked in anything other than money. That came true and then some at Goldman Sachs, Citi, BAML, Paytm, Nium and now finally at SALT. When I envision building for the world, I can only think of money. Was part of company Leadership and Global Head of Strategy and Corporate Development at Nium (formerly Instarem) in Singapore. As a global BaaS provider, Nium is mission driven to embed world class Fintech solutions into every platform they touch. Previously worked with Goldman Sachs in Hong Kong, investing in early stage Fintech companies. Built a bank from the ground up at Paytm in India. Uniquely skilled in payments, deposit and investment products, along with credit. Started out with FX and Equities stints at Citi and BAML. Driven by a personal tenet of improving the social whole. The important version – Learning to build from scratch and embrace the self-doubt with the certainty of intent! I thrive at problems that require the “fast and thorough” mix; speedy and systematic execution with a forensic attention to detail. I take pride in leading happy teams. Most importantly, I am now a proud dog parent and he’s taught me so much already. Our shared motto is “if you climbed the chair today, shoot for the table tomorrow”.
