Alice Liu

Women in Fintech

Alice is the CEO of Digital Treasures Center Pte. Ltd. ("DTC"), a payment services company in Singapore. DTC is licensed under the Payment Services Act, regulated by the MAS. DTC offers merchants the ability to handle crypto, cash and card payments under one roof. DTC was incorporated in 2019 and in FY 2021, generated total revenue of SGD 339K. Alice started DTC with her co-founders, as she saw the value of cryptocurrencies in solving key pain points that merchants face, long settlement time and cost of using the existing payment solutions. Alice was formerly a Managing Director at China Minsheng Bank, with over 15 years of experience in commercial banking. Apart from leading DTC, she is very active in the community and actively participate in charity。 Alice joined the Kowloon Club and served as the leader of the charity team. Especially during the new crown epidemic and when there was a shortage of masks, she used her network to gather and distributed over 300,000 masks to those in need through residents' committees and charities. Alice is definitely a model for Women in Fintech, leading a payment company, giving her spare time to charity and donating in a meaningful manner, inspiring other women to do more in the industry!
