Caroline Chen

Caroline Chen is the Head of Strategy, Operations, Finance, and Public Policy at Finantier, a leading Open Finance platform for Southeast Asia. Caroline is directly responsible for Finantier’s growth strategy, ranging from market expansion to new product development and go-to-market approaches in Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, and beyond. Caroline also shapes Finantier’s approach to how Open Finance can and should drive financial inclusion in emerging markets through reducing friction and barriers to scale. Prior to joining Finantier, Caroline worked in development finance and investment banking, where she advised on numerous financial inclusion development projects in emerging markets such as Haiti, India, and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
