Cynthia Siantar

Cynthia has more than 10 years of experience across banking (digital & ib), fintech startups and innovation. She recently joined DKatalis as Partnership Lead, but her most important task right now is to lead the Go-to-market efforts for Bank Jago Merchant business. Prior to this, she was in ING Bank's Innovation team where she focused on establishing partnerships with external fintech startups. Previously, she was the regional strategy director for Oriente, a fintech company which provides affordable credit to the underserved consumers and MSMEs in Southeast Asia where she also helped to establish the business in Indonesia.
She was also a former entrepreneur, having co-founded Call Levels (financial markets monitoring solution) where she learned the important lesson of "everything sounds good in theory, but its execution that matters", amongst others.....
When Cynthia is not hustling, she loves having great conversations with friends & loved ones over a glass (sometimes bottle) of nice wine.
