Daniel Lo

Regulatory and Compliance

Daniel is the chief legal officer for Cake DeFi, a crypto decentralized finance company based in Singapore, and leads the legal, risk and compliance functions. Prior to joining Cake DeFi, he gained extensive experience in various international law firms and in-house roles in the asset management and private equity space. Daniel has worked in Canada, Hong Kong, and Singapore and is qualified in Canada, England and Wales, and the British Virgin Islands. He currently serves on the web3 sub-committee with the Singapore FinTech Association and the virtual assets payment group sub-committee with ACCESS, the Singapore Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Industry Association.
