Eugenia Y

Eugenia Y is the Head of Compliance & AML at Finalto. She is responsible to establish the compliance function, identify and work on the closure of regulatory gaps, and revamp processes to streamline inefficiencies. Some of the key initiatives under her are to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures, provide strategic advice relating to new regulatory requirements, gaps in current operations and regulatory requirements for the business and product launches. She is responsible to design the framework, spearhead related projects, and establish ongoing oversight of compliance requirements to ensure that the company is audit-ready for its cross-border business arrangements with its sister companies. In her previous roles, she has been involved with Saxo Markets Asia Pacific, Lion Global Investors in senior executive roles within Compliance management.
