Flora Sun is a veteran in the debt capital market, serving as the First Vice President at Bank of China before joining Covalent Capital as their Vice President for Commercial Strategy. Covalent Capital is a Singapore based FinTech company that strives to digitally transform the process for new bonds issuance and improve the transparency of the market data. At Covalent Capital, Flora is instrumental in capturing the Asia in particular Greater China market and helping the bond market to digitalise their workflow when issuing of new bonds thus improving efficiency, transparency of data and speed to market for the bond issuers. Flora also works with partners to drive future-ready products such as digital bond with smart contract / blockchain technology for settlement. Flora leads it’s product go-to-market strategy and is inspirational in tackling the painpoints of users and commercialising the product to reach a broader audience. Last Leading a team of special project Flora is a pioneer of the Singapore-China primary market bond connectivity project which allowing international investors enter China market via Singapore home-grown product. Served 10 years full term at NTU Alumni Club as Committee member drives events, membership, graduates engagement and etc.
