Michele Daoud

As a Partner with Monk’s Hill Ventures, I leverage my experience in strategy, sales, business and operations to support entrepreneurs as they scale their companies through their most critical foundational years, promoting responsible leadership along the way.
Previously a Director with Udemy in San Francisco, I built and led teams across strategy, sales and operations and helped scale the company. I took pride in growing the business and enabling the professional development of my team while working jointly towards democratizing access to education globally. Earlier in my career, I worked as an analyst at Google and as a consultant at Oliver Wyman.
Outside of work, I serve on the Board of arcenciel USA, a non-profit organization supporting marginalized communities in Lebanon. You will also find me coaching young professionals, exploring new diving spots or doing yoga. Having lived and worked across continents, I found my home in Asia with its unending streams of stimulus, smells, sounds, people and unique energy.
