Pauline is the Head of Fintech & Strategic Partnerships at Sleek.com - After 15 years in SME Banking covering various roles across sales of lending and cash management products, bancassurance and cross-border trade, Pauline went on to help setup, join and eventually head up The FinLab, the first corporate accelerator in Singapore and part of UOB. The 5 years there allowed her to work with rising FinTech companies and tech startups, as well as VCs and SMEs, in areas of innovation, transformation and growth. The experiences in traditional banking then Fintech and SME digitalisation led her to Sleek, a fast growing tech company helping SMEs with simple and digital way of managing business essentials, such as corporate secretarial and accounting services. As Sleek's Head of Fintech and Strategic Partnerships team, she is helping to launch new financial services - including Sleek's Business Account (https://sleek.com/sg/business-account/), expanding Sleek's suite of services while sticking to Sleek's core principles of simplicity and convenience.
