Regulatory and Compliance

Payal Patel leads Circle's compliance programme for APAC and has been instrumental in driving Circle's licensing efforts in Singapore. Under her leadership Circle has been awarded an IPA to offer digital payment services in the city state. She brings over 15 years of compliance experience having held senior leadership positions at Tier 1 financial institutions globally focusing on meeting commercial objectives whilst balancing compliance risk and meeting regulatory demands.
