Ranaditya’s foray into finance began at Axis Bank, with a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering, as well as a postgraduate in business management in tow.

Fast forward to today, Ranaditya helps scale and grow Nium’s core payments products. Throughout his three years at Nium, he has overseen the creation of a new scalable payments platform, which now connects with more than 50 payment partners and banks, handles pay-ins from 35 markets and pay-outs into 190 countries, makes more than 60% of the company’s payments in real time while autoscaling to keep up with Nium’s volume growth.

Across all his roles, Ranaditya has been an exceptional leader, nurtured product managers, overseen agile development teams and worked with large marquee customers to create valuable large scale solutions & products.
