I started my career as a financial adviser more than 27 years ago before making a switch to the corporate side and holding numerous management roles in the last 12 years.
As CEO of AIA Singapore, my top three priorities are:
1. Making insurance and planning for the future simple and more enjoyable by providing quality experiences, financial advice, products, and services.
2. Enabling holistic wellbeing of which mental wellness and health are critical and cannot be overlooked.
3. Developing a strong people-first culture within AIA where we are all united by a single purpose of enabling healthier, longer, better lives for individuals and their families
These will be underpinned by a commitment to constantly innovate and put customers at the heart of everything we do.
