Alyssa-Jane Tan

Alyssa-Jane is a business, marketing and product leader with over a decade of working experience. In the past 5 years, she had led the growth and advocacy for leading fintech brands and startups. Currently working at Nium, a unicorn fintech born out of Singapore. Prior to the fintech scene, she was an executive in a leading gaming firm and the audience growth lead for Google in APAC. Throughout hercareer, she has been an active representative in multiple DE&I chapters, driving dialogues towards action - by building hybrid teams that are highly inclusive in nature, shaping workplace hiring practices and culture, and helping to chart the careers of women and young talent in and outside of her day job.
