Benjamin Choo
Moomoo

Benjamin Choo is the Head of Channel Marketing at moomoo Singapore, where he leads customer acquisition and engagement across multiple channels — including offline activations, events, corporate and ecosystem partnerships, KOL/influencer marketing, and affiliate networks. Since joining moomoo 2 years ago, he has supported Moomoo’s growth into Singapore’s largest digital investment brokerage by users, with 1 in 2 Singapore residents aged 20 to 70 holding an account. He is currently spearheading the launch of Moomoo Singapore first offline experiential store, set to open in H2 2025.
With a decade of experience scaling regional and local teams in high-growth tech companies such as TikTok, foodpanda, KKday, Mileslife, and Circles.Life, Benjamin brings deep expertise across B2B and B2C growth, go-to-market strategy, and strategic partnerships in Southeast Asia.
At moomoo, Benjamin blends commercial acumen with creativity to pioneer first-in-market initiatives. These include making moomoo the first — and possibly still the only — investment brokerage to participate in major lifestyle festivals such as Artbox and GastroBeats. He has also launched partnership with JP Morgan and leading tech and lifestyle brands such as Circles.Life, HeyMax, Zalora, and TADA. His work has brought financial literacy directly into workplaces through Lunch & Learn corporate sessions, and extended moomoo’s reach into the private wealth segment via collaborations with Porsche and BMW.
In 2025, MooFest Singapore drew over 4,000 attendees, marking one of the largest user-facing events in Singapore’s retail investing space.
On the content and influencer front, Benjamin has overseen multi-format KOL initiatives, including video production, podcasting, offline engagement events, ran paper-trading competition — and even sent Finfluencers (SG Budget Babe and Demi Zhuang) to visit Nasdaq HQ in New York City.
Beyond moomoo, Benjamin is an active contributor to the fintech and partnerships ecosystem. He is a Founding Executive Committee Member and current Vice President of the Singapore Strategic Partnership & Ecosystem Professionals Association (SSPEPA) — a non-profit committed to fostering cross-industry collaboration through partnership excellence. He also gives back as a Mentor for the Nanyang Business School Mentorship Program, guiding undergraduates interested in tech, fintech, and marketing careers.
Known for his ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, Benjamin is passionate about pushing boundaries, creating commercial value, and building meaningful community connections. His belief in experimentation, ecosystem-driven growth, and cross-sector collaboration has made him a standout figure in Singapore’s fintech and digital marketing landscape.
As fintech continues to evolve from platforms into integrated lifestyle and financial ecosystems, Benjamin exemplifies a new generation of leaders driving this transformation — with innovation, empathy, and impact at the core.
