Milena Naitoh

Milena was one of the founding employees at Validus and has grown into the role of Group Head of Corporate Development & Capital Markets. Over the past five years, she has led all equity and debt fundraising—over $50M in equity and $200M in debt facilities.
She has also structured and led some of Validus’ most strategic transactions: the sale of Validus Singapore to GXS, acquisition of the CitiBusiness portfolio, and a $100M warehoused securitization facility with Citi. With a Bachelor's from USC and dual Master's degrees from Harvard (including an MBA), Milena exemplifies the next generation of fintech leadership—sharp, humble, and quietly powerful.
