Smrithi is the APAC Head of Engineering at Wise, leading 35+ engineers for 7+ years in building resilient cross-border payments infrastructure. She led Wise Singapore's direct integration into the local payment rails FAST, which has since set the standard for Wise's other direct integrations, making transactions faster and more seamless for customers. A passionate mentor advocating equality and work-life harmony, she now pioneers Wise's India expansion by establishing and leading the new Hyderabad hub.
