As Head of Business Development at Carta, she Ieads regional growth across APAC and MENA, driving expansion into new markets, deepening capital ecosystem relationships, and managing cross-functional teams. Vanessa is also the Chair of the Women in FinTech Subcommittee at the Singapore FinTech Association, overseeing a dedicated team of 10 members focused on advancing women’s leadership in the fintech ecosystem.
