Ravi Ravulaparthi

Ravi Ravulaparthi is the Co-Founder and CEO of Qapita, a fintech startup focused on digitizing equity ownership and management for private companies, especially startups, across Southeast Asia. With about 17 years of investment banking and corporate development experience in the Asia Pacific region, he has served in senior roles at Tata Group, Macquarie, BNP Paribas, and Rippledot. Ravi holds an engineering degree from IIT Chennai and an MBA from IIM Bangalore. He has expertise in capital raising, corporate finance advisory, mergers and acquisitions, debt financing, and corporate strategy. As CEO, he leads Qapita’s mission to simplify cap table management, employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), and digital share issuance, fostering greater transparency and ownership access. He is also an angel investor and mentor in the startup community, passionate about empowering entrepreneurs to unlock the potential of ownership and equity transactions.
