Samuel Rhee

Samuel Rhee is Co-founder, Chairman, and Group Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of Endowus, Asia's leading digital wealth management platform. With nearly three decades of institutional investment experience in Singapore, Hong Kong, and London, he was formerly CEO and CIO of Morgan Stanley Investment Management Asia. At Endowus, Samuel leads the Group Investment Office, overseeing asset allocation and investment selection to deliver personalized, holistic portfolios to individual investors, democratizing access to products and knowledge traditionally reserved for institutions. He is passionate about financial literacy, lowering fees, and client-first culture. Samuel also serves as an Independent Director on Naver’s Board and is a member of the World Economic Forum’s Longevity Steering Committee. Under his leadership, Endowus pioneered digital investing for Singapore’s public pension system (CPF) and has grown into the largest digital advisor in Asia with over US$10 billion in assets under management. He advocates leveraging technology to address retirement adequacy and longevity challenges.
